Antipasti:

Tasting Platter
Burrata & Spec (GF)
Housemade mozzarella burrata served on a layer of thinly sliced spec and topped with tomato confit.
Insalata di Rucola (GF)
Arugula tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and finished with cranberries, red onions and grated Parmigiano cheese.
Arancini
Risotto rice ball stuffed with mozzarella. Lightly fried and served with a Truffle cream sauce.


Primi:

Gluten free pasta available with either sauce upon request.

Gnocchi (GF)
Homemade potato dumplings tossed with beef short ribs. Finished with a red wine, rosemary, veal demi glace creamy sauce.
Tortellini Agli Quattro Formaggi
Stuffed with a four cheese blend in a vodka pink sauce.


Secondi:

Filetto di Manzo (GF)
“A favorite of The Phantom Gourmet.” An 8oz. center cut filet grilled to perfection and
finished with a Chianti veal demi glaze reduction. Served over a potato gratin cake and sautéed spinach.
Costolette d’Agnello (GF)
Grilled Colorado rack of lamb served with fingerling potatoes and sautéed broccoli. Finished with a ginger, cumin, lemongrass & marsala wine reduction.
Swordfish (GF)
Grilled and served with a quinoa & English peas cake. Finished with an olive, caper and cherry tomato confit.
Eggplant Torino
Layers of fried eggplant and Parmesan & Smoked Mozzarella. Finished with melted smoked mozzarella and plum tomato sauce.


Dolci:

Flaming Crème Brulee (GF)
Served with fresh berries.
Chocolate Lava Cake
